During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. kaya69 enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering guidelines. The KYC process involves identity verification through official documents such as a valid National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence.

Documents that may be required during KYC include:

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (front and back).
• Recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (not older than 3 months).

• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report immediately to our support team if you notice any suspicious activity in your account.

Kaya69 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing login credentials or using an unsecured device.

Kaya69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time and for any reason deemed reasonable by Kaya69, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from the relevant authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all available balances after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements will be returned to the user within 5 business days.

Kaya69 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising will be resolved through negotiation in the first instance. Should a dispute remain unresolved through negotiation, both parties agree to refer the matter to final and binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
